Fund II, LLC


Vesta Hospitality Fund II, LLC is a manager-managed limited liability company formed to invest in hospitality real estate alongside equity capital from select investment partners. The fund is designed to pursue a diversified portfolio of hotel properties, which may include franchised and independent assets.

Investments are supported by Vesta Hospitality's integrated platform, with an affiliated entity providing asset management and operational oversight where appropriate. This structure allows the fund to remain flexible as it evaluates opportunities, allocates capital, and expands its portfolio over time.
