HOTEL ZOSO - PALM SPRINGS, CA
Vesta Hospitality, LLC was retained to manage and to oversee the renovation and pre-opening phases of Hotel Zoso, previously the Marquis Resort Hotel in Palm Springs.

This four-acre escape at the center of Palm Springs is also steps from celebrated shops, boutiques, dining and galleries; three blocks from the new convention center; two miles from the international airport; and just minutes from world-famous golf, the aerial tram and more.

This spectacular hotel features 163 guestrooms and suites with clean lines, colors and textures. It also features a casual café, the euthereal onyx cocktail bar, a pool area with sleek private cabanas and more than 20,000 square feet of conference space. This facility ranges from the more intimate Teleconference Room and Boardrooms, to the 1920-square-foot Ocotillo Room, to the 9,500-square-foot Grand Zoso Ballroom.

HOLIDAY INN – LINCOLN, NE
In January of 2005, Vesta Hospitality, LLC was awarded with the management contract for an additional property out of the Columbus Hotel properties portfolio.

The Holiday Inn is located in the historic Haymarket District in downtown Lincoln, NE. The hotel has 230 guestrooms and 12 meeting/banquet rooms totaling 16,829 square feet.  A professional event planning and catering staff is available. An indoor pool and fitness center, restaurant and lounge complete the amenity package. The hotel was renovated in December 1998.

ASHLEY INN – LINCOLN CITY, OR
In March of 2005, Vesta Hospitality, LLC was privileged to receive the management contract for the Ashley Inn in Lincoln City, Oregon.

This independent 75-room/suite hotel is located at the north entrance of Lincoln City, just a short distance away from golf courses, casino, beach, shops, boutiques and art galleries. The Oregon coast is a welcome get away for leisure and business travelers.

BEST WESTERN INN & SUITES – TILLAMOOK, OR
In December of 2005, ACACIA Housing Partners, L.P. awarded Vesta Hospitality, LLC with the management of their second property on the Oregon Coast.

The Best Western Inn & Suites features 51 spacious and comfortable rooms and is located in the picturesque Tillamook Valley in the heart of dairy country. Tillamook is the land of trees, cheese and ocean breeze. Just a few blocks from the world famous Tillamook County Cheese Factory, golf course and the Latimer Quilt Center, the location of the hotel is designed for business and leisure travelers.

COUNTRY INN SUITES - PORTLAND AIRPORT, OR
The Country Inn & Suites, previously Alderwood Inn, was purchased by the partnership of Vesta Hospitality, LLC in January 2002. This 153 room/suite full-service property is located at the Portland airport.

After purchase, the hotel underwent a $1.5 million renovation, completed in December 2002.  After the renovation, the Alderwood Inn was converted into a Country Inn & Suites, the first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest.

STAYBRIDGE SUITES - PORTLAND AIRPORT, OR
This 106-suite hotel opened as one of the first Staybridge Suites Hotels on the West Coast. Vesta Hospitality, LLC has managed this property since September 2000 and purchased the property in October 2002.

The Staybridge Suites was awarded a “Quality Excellence Award” by Bass Hotels & Resorts / InterContinental Hotels Group, and has received the “Torchbearer Award” for many consecutive years.

RENAISSANCE CASA DE PALMAS - McALLEN, TX
This 165 room/suite historic hotel is located in McAllen's historic downtown area. The hotel was purchased by the partnership of Vesta Hospitality, LLC and underwent an $8 million renovation. This facility features more than 8,000 square feet of meeting space, a separate parking garage with 200 spaces and an upscale, Spanish style restaurant.

The hotel was awarded the "Overall Satisfaction Award" by Marriott, while its food and beverage department rank in the Top 10 for all food and beverage criteria within the Renaissance Hotels - Marriott system.

HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON – SALT LAKE CITY, UT
Vesta Hospitality, LLC was awarded with the pre-opening and management contract for the new Homewood Suites by Hilton in Salt Lake City. The hotel is located in the heart of the vibrant Gateway district and within walking distance of all of the cities finest restaurants, shops, and entertainment. In addition, the hotel is situated within minutes of Salt Lake's business district and governmental offices. The hotel opened in February of 2006.

HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON– VANCOUVER, WA
Built by Vesta Hospitality, LLC and the partnership, this 104 all-suite, extended stay hotel opened in September 1997.  Since then, the hotel has garnered numerous industry awards, including a No. 1 ranking in the country by Hilton Hotels (Homewood Suites Brand), as it pertains to the company’s Total Quality Score (TQS), and the “Pinnacle Award of Excellence” and “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Award of Merit” for Hilton Hotels (Homewood Suites Brand).

The Homewood Suites also received the hotel “Cleanliness Award,” the “Pride Award of Merit,” and recently passed its sixth consecutive “Outstanding Inspection” by Hilton Hotels.

INN AT PORT HADLOCK – PORT HADLOCK, WA
In December 2004, Vesta Hospitality, LLC was awarded the management contract for this beautiful boutique hotel, which is owned by a partner of Vesta Hospitality, LLC. The Inn at Port Hadlock is nestled on the southern shore of Port Townsend Bay, just a short trip from Seattle. The Inn most recently underwent a complete renovation and now features 45 unique guestrooms, restaurant, meeting rooms and a marina.
